Vision Practice (10 minutes daily)

Stories recount how the guayusa plant taught native populations how to dream as well as provided heightened awareness and focus for nighttime hunters.

Lemon Verbena is a shrub native to western South America that has been used for its medicinal and culinary properties for centuries. With a distinct lemon intensity, it is used in many sweet and savory dishes and teas. Its properties are believed to have many positive benefits for the mind and body.
