SeaMama Wakame, or Miyeok in Korean is a subtly sweet and versatile sea vegetable most often used in soups and salads. The sea vegetable is dark tiny tight curls and is thoroughly washed and ready for use right out of the bag. 1. Heat 1 ½ Tbsp sesame oil in a large pot over med heat. |

2. Lightly saute mushrooms (or meat) |

3. Add 1 tsp ea. garlic & soy sauce |
|
4. Add 2 qts water & bring to a boil |
|
5. Add SeaMama Seaweed and simmer for 20min over med heat. |
